Meet Stephanie

Stephanie is a licensed clinical social worker in New York's Hudson Valley.  She specializes in joining psychotherapy, yoga, and the neurobiology of trauma, to help people into a relationship with themselves that is loving, effortless, and authentic.

Stephanie brings two decades of experience working within the mind and body as the space for self-exploration, curiosity, felt sense awareness, presence, and moving towards greater self-knowing and personal change.

She specializes in collaboratively designing together with you a yoga or movement practice that meets your needs for mind/body healing and wellness.

A relaxation therapy for reducing stress, regulating the nervous system, and finding the healing power of deep rest.
